[Chevelle-list] Whats it worth?

I'm trying to help my brother find a project 70 chevelle. We looked at one today. Its a regular chevelle with a ss cowl hood ,buckets, console, and 12bolt. There is no motor. It pretty much needs the works however the floors ,trunk and frame are rock solid and rust free. It will probably need new quarters and fenders for a nice job. What should one of these realistically go for?   Thanks! JD
