I’m installing the tachometer harness in my 66 Chevelle. The brown coil wire is supposed to go through the firewall and has a rubber boot to seal the connection. The assembly manual shows that a 0.500 hole should be drilled at the firewall at an existing dimple. It shows the hole near the firewall wire gutter. Does anyone have a close-up photo showing precisely where this hole should be drilled? There are numerous dimples on my firewall at this location. If someone could help me out with a little more precision I would be grateful. Since this involves drilling a hole in the firewall I want to make sure I get it right on the first try! Thanks.
