As Clint mentioned, discs weren't available on Chevelles
until 67 but the better setups came on 69-72s. The 67 and 68 units, in
most people's opinion, are better left to those restoring their cars as they
weren't as good as the later units. Nice thing, any A-body (Tempest,
Cutlass, Buick) should work. A lot of aftermarket mfgs sell complete disc
kits for $600-$800 complete with all new pieces.
