Clint, That is the system that I am leaning towards - part number GMP16 (small block Chevelle). Was thinking that the BB springs may not allow me to lower the front end enough to get the proper "rake" due to the 502 w/aluminum heads, aluminum radiator, no A/C, etc. Plus the front tire diameter is less than 25" (B.F.Goodrich P265 50R15). The springs that I have on there now make the car sit approx. 4" above the wheel. Looks similar to an old '60s drag car....which is not necessarily a bad look, it is just not what I'm looking for with this project. Any idea how much adjustment is allowed with the system ? Do you notice any real difference in the 12 position valve adjusting ?
