Rick, not sure about AAA , But most will let you jack up the Liability amounts, for an extra fee of course.. As for Value..I have been with Hagarity and Grundy and the policy I have is on AGREED value.. Where I sent the value and send then a written discription and pictures ( front, rear,RS, LS, engine bay and interior ) to substantiate my value..
