I don't know how fast you have to be going but I know it is more than 20mph.  A friend gave me a 67 Impala that I towed home with a buddy pulling me.  I thought it was in neutral but it wasn't.  Scared the crap out of me when it started turning over popping and all kinds of noise.  (exhaust manifolds bolts only started and not tight)  Mice started running, what a sight.  The car had been sitting a while.

correct me if im wrong but i do believe a powerglide has a front pump and can be pushed started
