a local iowa guy just hauled me an el camino from utah back to iowa ...cost me 650 bux...but it got done fast- less than 2 wks from the time i made the arrangements thru a broker...now I can deal with him direct..
don't know if that helps you much or not.. i was trying to get it done cheap by hireing a flatbed local freight company to load it for a backhaul... but he wanted to stick me more than this guy charged..so that didn't work out and I'm happier now that I did it this way and got it done... if you want his number , let me know.
