I would say after looking for fenders for my 68 for a couple years that a clean set of NOS are selling for about 500 bucks a piece from aftermarket sources. Used you may find them for 300-400, but you gotta keep in mind these are a one year only piece (unless you care to weld up and re do the directional sigs on a 69. I got lucky and found one fender local that needed only one minor dent taken out for 150 and got a header panel and fender on eBay for 250 shipped, but it needed a patch panel welded in. I have a friend that does body work so I probably have $500 in the fenders and header panel to get straight and in primer. Hope this helps you acess their value.
