The chassis dyno should have allowed for density altitude corrections. If so,that BBC is closer to 350 crank horsepower. I had put in a worked 454. The desk top dyno quoted 500HP at the crank. This was done at 5500 ft elevation. The results were: 301 HP at the wheels. I was hoping for at least 330HP.
