Hey all,

Ed just came up with a great idea, instead of me switching to 69 doors
on my 68 Chevelle I could get hold of some Buick or Oldsmobile power
vent window motors and parts.
Anyone out there having those parts for sale??

Full Revs!!!

Thanks Mike..I live in Wharton so Houston is close. I notice the name
Superior on a Google Search, but was unsure to try them. My Bumpers are
in
good shape..they have some minor etching or pitting from sand I guess.
You
have to get close to notice it, but I do want to correct the problem. It
always seems like there is so much you want to correct and only so much
cash
to go around!(GRIN) I'm putting a new BDS 8-72 blower on my 454 and that
took a chunk!

Dan, I wanted to add my thoughts as I had several
things chromed over the years. You, pretty much, have
the price range. $200 or so per bumber is about right.
I used a company called Superior in Houston. They go
to the DFW swap meets. I also used a Harley shop
called Show-n-go chrome. You might want to think about
that. Bikes are real popular these days and if the
bumpers don't not need any work, that might be a good
option. Otherwise find a company that can fix the
bumper right and then chrome it so it will last. Hope
this helps

regards
mike
