I installed a pair of the Chevy oval port Bowtie alum
heads on the 468" in my former 68 Elky. Those heads are,for all practical
purposes,the same castings. Edelbrock produces both in their casting
facility.
Both are excellent cylinder heads. I went with the GM
heads because of two things;better price and wanted to use the matching Bowtie
CNC dual plane intake.
