p.s. The visor supports are new too and they are tight. What does work is pushing the inner ends of the visors too far forward toward the windshield rather than hooking the tips into the center support. The visor tips and bushings are new (so are the visors, and just about everything else).   I'll try some graphite on the cable but I think it’s the speedo itself.
