I run a large ag chemical and seed facility, and we do have mice and rats from time to time. Moth balls help, but are not perfect by themselves. We have tried peanut butter, but apparently we have discerning mice. Juicy fruit gum on a trap works from time to time, but the best to date have been the sticky or glue traps laid around the perimeter of the warehouse..again not perfect, but the best thing we have found to date!

The one on my shop read "Those found here at night, will be found here in the morning".

Also, "There is nothing in here worth your life".

Neat sign Scott. Livening in the Mountains of Pa.  I also have a  few little Signs

1st one you says." No trespassing " ..

2nd one you see says " Yes,  If I did not Invite you , YOUR  ARE  TRESPASSING..

And the one  on the shop say's     " Is there life After Death ?

Trespass Here and Find Out "

Bigger sign and careful selection of calibers.  There is another sign in my garage that says" if you can read this, you're in range".  I like signs

in the city you have to worry about the "RATS"? the two legged kind !! .they can be a bigger problem.

Since I live in the city, I just put a small sign up near the bottom of my garage door saying " No Mice Allowed" and have never had a problem with them.  Must have worked.
