If its broken real far in the hole and none of the already mentioned tricks 
work you
can use a left hand drill bit to drill into the bolt, the heat from drilling, 
the
weakening of the bolt and the fact that you drill the wrong way will usually 
make
the bolt thread out.
Another one is to use an oxy-acetylene torch to melt the metal in the bolt and 
then
turn over to full oxygene and blow the melted metal out.
Needless to say that you will need to be careful due to the melted metal being 
a bit
hot :o)
