A friend gave mine to me. I was told that it is also .442 lift. I don't know the duration. Seems to be fine though. I was told it's a "mild" cam. I was also told that .442 lift is a very popular choice for SBC.

I got it new from a friend that decided to get a bigger cam for his 350.
