Depends on the year.  I have 5 different years of kits.  Generally you’ll get info on standard equipment, options (and what models they were available on), exterior and interior colors and fabrics, in the case of the 69 it tells what color side stripes were standard with what exterior colors, model ID charts – specs on frame, front suspension, brakes, etc.  Power team combinations with info on what rear gear was standard with what engine/trans and what was optional.  Some engine specs and transmission specs.  Be aware that some ‘Heavy Duty’ or specialized stuff is not listed such as the L78 or L89 engines.

Much of it is photocopied dealer promo material with some AMA spec sheets included.  It’s not all-inclusive data on your particular year but there is some good information.

You can get a "restoration package" at no cost from GM/Chevrolet. Simply
call the Chevy/Geo customer assistance hotline at (800) 222-1020 or
810-696-4800. Have your VIN handy, as they'll ask for it. The contents of
this package varies by year. If your car was originally registered or
assembled in Canada, you will have to call GM of Canada at (800) 263-3777.

Subject: [Chevelle-list] resto pack

Hi guys, I know this has been listed before, but I can't seem to find
it. Where do I call to get the G.M. restoration pack for my Chevelle?

Thanks,   Brian
