I buy it at a supply house in Fort Worth called J&J Supply.  Any good 
automotive upholstery shop should be able to do the same thing if you 
have one local.  I have an account at J&J and know the owners of the 
tent and awning so that works for me.  I'm not sure what color blue 
would be correct so it might be a good thing to take one of yours to 
compare in person.  If I can help you let me know.

You can do what I do with old or miscolored seat belts, if the hardware 
is good.  I go purchase new strap, after measuring carefully how much I 
will need plus some more, then take my old belts to a local tent and 
awning shop and they restrap all the belts.  I then have the correct 
color and new belts with good thread.
