  Just called Street & Performance...Nice people...I know they do some heavy
racecar work, but had no idea they made or sold brackets!!! I have their
website and they are sending a catalog!!

Try a search for Allen Grove brackets.    He has a web site and makes
a wide variety of brackets for many different combos.  I'm not sure of
the spelling, it may be Alan Grove.
OOPS - Just read your last line.    Go to the web site and he has
pictures of the various combos, you may see one that works.
