I would see no reason it wouldn't work. I've filled in gas tank
holes, muffler holes, restored steering wheels and more with the stuff, but for
the life of me would not ever use it on the body. It is just
too difficult to work with after it is hard (I stopped using it on the
steering wheels for this reason). Lead would be my first choice, or a good
body filler for my second choice.
