David for what your doing it should be perfect!! I was too poor in the 60’s to own a Chevelle.(GRIN) I bought my 73 and am fixing it up as I want it to look. Everyone is different…that’s what makes everything fun and interesting!!

Dan thanks for the update, but I just can't see digital in a my '66.  I know they work and look great, but I am reliving my misspent youth and building the car like the one I had in '65.  I am going to take Chuck's suggestion and send them off to Auto Instruments and see how they come back. Refurbishing the original gauge package probably won't be cheap either. As my wife says, thrown some more money at it.  Thanks again   David

I sent mine off to Dakota Digital and they installed digital gauges in my old unit! Looks great! It’s not cheap!!

I am about to send my 66 factory guages off to be refurbished, tested and silk screened. .  I noticed in the Aces Chevelle world  Auto Instruments in Martinsville VA. Does anyone have any experiece with them or can you suggest someone else.  Thanks  David
