Remove the tailshaft housing from the transmission so you can put it on your workbench and get better access to it. You may also have some wear on the driveshaft yoke that will require replacment. A good friend is going thru this problem now. He replaced the yoke and bushing 1,000 miles ago and it's worn out again. He has shipped his driveshaft to Atlanta to get it balanced and checked to see if it's warped or bent. It was shortened a year ago by a local machine shop when he installed a 700-r4 transmission but there is no local shop that can balance it.
