It's amazing how people overreact to some dust. They don't look neglected at
all, except that they could have left some space between the bumpers.
Whoever owns them has a right to do whatever he/she wants with them. Maybe
they were simply purchased as an investment. Maybe someday they will all be
unveiled as a super collection that has been preserved through time. I'm
sure the dust won't compromise their value. My friend Bill collects
Corvettes. I think he has about 40 of them at this point. Naturally he
doesn't drive most of them most of the time. Some are one-of-a-kind
prototypes or super-rare gems like the one with the aluminum engine
(427/450HP IIRC). They sit in storage all the time in various warehouses,
garages, and even airplane hangars. Is it "neglect" or a carefully assembled
collection?
