Let me add that I've had two 64's where the inside box was held to fire wall with pal nuts, then the outer box put on with a second set of nuts. So when you remove the nuts from firewall side the box inside is still attached by the nuts underneath which you didn't know were there mostly because the gasket is swelled from years of oil getting onto it. Brute force becomes tempting until you realize what had been done (at factory I assume. A dirty trick? or just a short cut?) Now my memory fails me but I think I had to loosen inner fender to get all nuts off of firewall side box. Pete Geurds Douglassville, PA
