Factory ones do that if they are old and worn out or if the regulator needs to be lubricated. A new OEM type motor with a lubricated regulator will not go up slow. I replaced the motors in my Olds and the difference was incredible.

The power windows, nice setup, I like that. Did it go fast down, and slow up like the factory ones?
