Thanks for your help, are you sure its not a 1965 or is it 1962. it has a two speed automatic in it I guess thats the powerglide trans. and also how can i get the most h.p. out of this motor. does anybody know what the max is for a 283. I would like to put a 350 crate motor in it later on, but for now i just want to enjoy what i have.
