[Chevelle-list] Have my '69 tail lamp bezels redone or use repros?

I am in the process of restoring a '69 Chevelle SS and trying to decide if I should have my tail lamp bezels fixed (i.e. pitting removed and rechromed) or just go with the repros.  I have heard the repros are not exact (skinnier than the originals and don't really fit good).    Has anyone had any experience having the tail lamp bezels restored for a '69 ... did you send them out?  If so where, how did they do, and what was the charge??   How about the repros... any good?   Thanks in advance   Donnie
