According to the body shop owner where my car is in "paint shop jail" you can top coat it with epoxy primer. I would recommend that you sand it some first to rough it up. They recommend their tie-coat-primer but I have noticed some blistering when it is used before acrylic enamel but it may not have been primed first with primer sealer before the top coat was applied, (another paint shop jail story). The instructions on the can say to let it dry before top coating it in order to let it cure, if I remember correctly. I topcoated it with primer before it cured and the POR15 blistered thru the primer, (then I read the instructions). Call them and ask about epoxy primer, I think that's your best bet. Bob
