What about an electric water pump. Of course you'll have to have an electric
fan.

Subject: [Chevelle-list] Advise on Stroker pulley setup.

Gents and ladies. I need some advise. The SB 383 has a
large Harmonic balancer cause it's a 400ci crank assy.
Now it seems to me the short water pump is not an
option and I am ok with that. I had hoped to remove
the stuff off the 283 for the short term. However, I
just don't want to spend 800$ right now to get the
serpintine system.

I need some advise on what I what and perhaps where I
can get enough pulley/ bracket parts to fire this
motor up and get it to a point where I can get the
Windshield installed. I can spend the money but it
would be a lot better if I spent the 800 toward a
drive shaft, control arms and tires and such.

thanks in advance.
