Looks like one is a 361721 and the other is a 381727. Odd body part numbers are usually the left (driver's) side. The preceding letter (looks like a J on the ebay one) probably represents where it was made. That's my best guess anyway. According to what I have found on the internet, in the VIN 3817 is a SS396 2 door coupe, and 3617 is a Malibu 2 door coupe.
