i am having trouble with my 70 chevelle big block cracking around the bolt pattern. a mechnican friend on my told me that this would happen if the engine misfired while starting and it did. is there any cure. i have to use a mini-starter because of headers. the two starters that i have used are standard mini starters from auto zone. please respond with any help.
