I am running 3.73's in my 70 with a 28" tall tire. I am running
around 3200 RPMs at 70 MPH. The car gets 15 MPG on the highway with a
healthy 454/TH400. I was running 4.10's in it for a few years and did alot
of highway driving with it, it ran fine everytime I took it down I-95 from NJ to
MD, never missed a beat. I only replaced tghe gears because the 4.10s were
whining so loud from not being setup properly by the person I got it from.
