Might try http://www.tachman.com/ He may have the needle or can come up with one. Gary restored/calibrated my speedo and tach and converted my clock to quartz in Sep 2002. He's a Chevelle guy.

I need to replace my '66 speedometer needle. Looking for a source that will sell just the needle. '66 & '67 are interchangeable on this. If someone has a decent used one - let me know off list.
