Hey John. (Disclaimer: I have roller rockers) I would
think either technology will give you the performance
and durability you're looking for. Stamped steel
metallurgy and lubrication quality would last very
long on a mild mannered setup. 

But here is the rub. If you want to heat the motor up
some, that means better springs, and Cam,  Rollers or
perhaps longer billit's? The questions you may want to
ask yourself, to me, is "Do you like to drive it like
you stole it? " Or do you want any bragging rights
that come with the HRQ? Hot Rod Quotient, that is.
