I live in Tempe, just south of Scottsdale... they've installed several 
'photoradar' setups along the Loop 101 in north Scottsdale as people have
been using it as a 'lil Autobahn... There's a huge debate going on right 
now about the setups... Scottsdale installed them on a federal highway,
so when someone speeds on it, the city gets the money, not the 
government who 'owns' the highway... Needless to say, the feds are upset...
Someone did set a new photo record on the 101 last week... 130+mph on a 
bike...
I'm not sure whether radar detectors work or not, but these cameras are 
NOT portable... it's very obvious where they are and they
don't move, so avoiding them is common sense...Mattew Cain is a friggin' 
idiot!
