Almost everyone will still be there on Saturday. All the vendors will be there and the show closes with a huge barbecue dinner about 3 pm on Saturday. Still plenty going on. Usually go to the dragstrip on Thursday night and an early evening cruise through the country on Friday. Lots of action at the host hotels and the Best Western every night in the parking lots. It will be worth the trip. I'll be on vendors row and hope to see you there. Another show you might want to check out is the National Hot Rod Reunion in Bowling Green KY the next weekend. Only 45 minutes up the road from Goodlettsville. Details are on the NHRA website http://museum.nhra.com ..

I will find myself at an Air Force class at Maxwell AFB (Montgomery AL) approximately 260 miles south of Nashville from 5-23 June - and may try to dissappear for a day or so. I see the event dates of 8-10 June are a Th-Fri-Sat. Is Saturday a "tear down" day that is not so good to see cars and talk to folks? I may only get to drive in on Friday evening and go to the event on Saturday - would I be wasting my time? I may be driving a Ford or even (gasp) an import. Would I still be welcome :-). T.J.
