I'm confusied, how do you seat the tube to the block? Lightly tapping on
the wrench?
Yup.. you got IT . You insert the tube into the wrench and slid the wrench
down till it hits the expanded seat/seal. You then use your weapon of choice
to TAP.. read TAP the WRENCH to seat the filler tube. And double checking
visually sure the Expanded portion is flush with the block surface.
