Both of my cars came with factory A/C. On the '70 the hoses, compressor,

compressor bracket are gone. IIRC the hoses are there on the EC but the
compressor & bracket are also gone.
My question is, what will I need to buy in order to get these systems
working again, and who sells it? I can get compressors locally. There are
two that are listed as fitting these cars. One has a 5 inch pulley and the
other has a 5 and 3/4 inch pulley. I'm not sure why there are two
listings,
but the ones with the 5 inch pulley come with the pulley attached, so that
is probably my best bet since I otherwise would have to find the pulleys.
I'm sure I would want to replace the hoses because even if they are there,
they are old and haven't been used in a long time. What else would I need
to
replace? I know that places like OPG sell kits but they are aftermarket
kits
that require modifications to the firewall and glovebox, and use their own
control panel rather than the factory levers. I really don't want to do
that
and would like to put it back to the way it is supposed to be. I want to
go
with Autofrost (http://www.autofrost.com/) because it is a direct
replacement for R-12 and doesn't require a retrofit like R-134A does. Has
anybody tried autofrost and are you happy with it?
