thanks for feedback, i have a good deal on a set of used 69 panels for my 68 
,i forgot about the wing handle. i could cut it out but dont want to mickey 
mouse them. ill wait . thanks guys, tim

Actually, they don't come with any holes because you might also have power
windows. I think the door lock buttons were also moved between 68 and 69,
but again on a new panel the hole would not be there.

The '68 had crank out vent windows, I think the '69 had a full glass door
window. (the '68 door panel has an extra hole)
