Yes,my 55 Chev tudor wagon was factory equipped with a three speed overdrive transmission. Activating it was done by pulling out a handle under the dash. My 55 came from the factory with a 235 six cylinder and 4.11 rear gear. Those are nice set-ups but are kinda expensive at around $2K and their overdrive is only 28%.
