Ronnie,   I installed a new grill on my 66, and it wasn't too difficult. As to the rivets, after getting advice here from list members on how to basically crush/squash one end, then trying it once or twice, I bought some screws that look just like the rivets on top that you just screw a nut onto the bottom. If you're not concerned about keeping the car original, it sure makes life easier.
