Even if it was a true SS car,that price seems a little high to me. Just my

My friend has a 66 Chevelle only body, in very good shape. No motor, no
transmission, no interior.
I was asking the list what they thought I should pay for this car. My friend
is thinking of asking $12,500.
Is this reasonable?
