Dang,that's more than First Gen Camaro 12 bolts are bringing now.
On page 11 of the new Chevelle World issue,True Connections lists 1964-72 12
bolt rear ends that are totally rebuilt,new hardened axles,new Eaton
posi,and new Ring & pinion with any ratio for $1650. Not bad but I would
think one could build a heckuva rear end if they already had the correct
housing. A pair of Moser axles will cost around $300 or so,a good posi
around $400,new ring & pinion for around $150,a rebuild kit for probably
$150,and less than $500 in labor should have you an outstanding rear.
