[Chevelle-list] 1968 Grille replacement

I just recvd  my new grille and parts today and I was needing some input on the 
best way to go about replacing this grille. I am going to have to paint it, but 
is it best to use some type of adhesion paint and then spray it semi-gloss 
black.? What's the best way to get out the factory rivets. Thanks in advance 
for any help.
