Larry,
I have a CRS 900C billet 37gpm electric on my engine. It's well made, has a
nice finish and runs extremely quiet. I have mine hooked up to run whenever
the ignition key is on. I won't have the car on the street for probably
another two weeks, but with the car running at idle for 45 minutes in 95
degree sun, I had no heating up issues running it and two Spal 1250 cfm pull
fans on my aluminum radiator.
When putting the engine together, I did run into some issues locating a
suitable alternator bracket. I had to use the big block brackets made for
the driver's side, and use a spacer in between the front bracket and one of
the water pump bolt holes. Came out looking good and rock solid. CRS also
sells bracket specifically for this application.
