To my knowledge, statistics on color choices were never published.  Except for maybe some marketing people within GM, probably nobody really cared.  My guess would be either Cottonwood Green (42) or Sandalwood (61).  I’d think these two would have been used mainly on production cars (not special ordered cars) and probably more on wagons, base models, and El Camino.  Not that they aren’t nice, just not in the ‘mainstream’ of those that ordered their cars with particular options.
