Welcome back Herb.  Hope you are enjoying your new digs..  I can attest to
the garage space conundrum.  Last year I added the equivalent of 2 1/2
spaces and tons of overhead space to my 2 car garage.  Wish now I hadn't
sold my enclosed trailer.  I need the space.
