This might a little bit off-chevelle-topic
but still Chevy. My wife managed to over-heat my daily driver, Chevy truck with
a 350. I replaced the leaking water pump (and thermostat). Well it keeps the
temperature but runs on 7 cylinders. Most lokely it’s
a crack in one of the heads. As the truck is supposed to be retire
in April, I don’t want to spend to much money keeping it alive. You know
DMV in CA is giving me a grand for the if it fail the next smog test in april. I will make sure it fail J Somebody recommended me to try the “Head Gasket &
Block repair@ from nanotechnology http://www.crcindustries.com/auto/content/prod_detail.aspx?S=Y&PN=401232 Instructions http://www.crcindustries.com/faxdocs/label/lb401232.pdf Has anybody tries this stuff out? Any experiences, comments,
positive of negative are appreciated Br Hans |
