The problem could be the acc pump is making it too rich (too big a
shot) or too lean (not enough). Does the exhaust shoot a puff of black smoke
when you nail the throttle? The easiest way to test this is to disable the
pump and see if the hesitation get better or worse. I've only been studying up
on QJets, so I don't know how to tell you to do this, but if the car runs
better without the pump, then it's too much of a shot, and you should go down
a shooter size and test it again.
