Some parts stores carry a few AC filters, but often not the one I want.  I broke down and ordered a bunch of K&N filters from summit when I made my last order there.  They are $10, but when I figured I go through two a year I'm only splurging an extra $13 or so per year for one of the best filters out there.  At that point, I bought the K&N for my wife's Blazer as well.  I might have spent $10 on filters, but I won't have to buy for years and I have great filters.

Subject: [Chevelle-list] oil filters

wondering th e opinion on oil filters??
does it really matter what kind you use??
i used to use A/C on all my stuff but since Oldsmobile went away i can no longer get a good deal since i worked at a Olds dealer, the parts houses do not seem to have them- is worth it to spend the extra to get them (at the dealer)

Harlan-
thanks
