The turn signal lights on the right side of my 70 SS396 have started blinking very slowly but are still working. The green turn signal arrow on dash is now not lighting up. Would the light on dash effect the operation/speed of turn signal lamps? How hard is it to replace bulb in dash? Also, has anyone any experiance with who has the best quality chrome valve covers for a 396/350 hp. Mine are getting some rust and the ones the vendor at CB06 were cheap Asian knockoffs. Anyone purchased any that are better? Thanks, Les 70 SS396.
